of a group of dedicated BUET Engineers. Incorporation

To broaden the offerings in the corporate and public sector, the company was incorporated as a private limited cimpany under the joint stock companies, Bangladesh in 1998. The authorised capital of the company was two crore taka. All the sponsor directors were BUET graduates.

Inauguration

The company was inaugurated by a formal ceremony in September, 1998. Prof. Dr. M. Kaykobad (the then head of CSE Dept. BUET) was the chief guest. In his speech he termed this venture as a bold initiative by BUET engineers. Prof. Dr. Chowdhury Mafizur Rahman (Head of CSE Dept., BUET) was present as special guest. In his speech he welcome this initiative.

Location

The registered offices of the company are located at the two prime locations of the city at Banani and Dhanmondi.
